When you send the estimate form on this website we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the service you have selected and any details you choose to type into the message field.

If you contact us by phone or email instead, we hold whatever you tell us in that conversation: typically your name, contact details, address and a description of the work.

We do not ask for payment card details through this website.

To respond to your enquiry, arrange a visit to look at your roof, prepare a written quote, carry out agreed work and deal with anything arising afterwards, including guarantee claims.

Our lawful basis is your consent when you send an enquiry, and our legitimate interest in responding to potential and existing customers. Where we go on to carry out work, we process your details to perform that contract and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to marketing lists.

We share it only where necessary to run the business: the software providers who host this website and handle the enquiry form and our email, and (where relevant to your job) suppliers, our insurers or our accountant. Those providers act on our instructions.

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept only as long as needed to deal with them and are then deleted.

Where we carry out work, we keep the job record for the length of the relevant workmanship guarantee (up to 25 years on tiled roofs) so a claim can be honoured, and we keep financial records for the period required by law.
